The history of Luxembourg has been marked by the military use of the fortress. Slovenian artist Peljhan updated this debate by providing information on how to invade Luxembourg today and how to assume Luxembourg's function as the central European flight control station. The installation broadcasted the conversations in the cockpits of planes flying over Luxembourg.
